Preparation

Confirm the setup order first

During first-time setup, the account, plan, subscription, and client form a connected sequence. The account gives you access to the user panel; an active plan determines whether the subscription can be used; the subscription link adds the routes associated with your account to the client; and the client updates routes, lets you choose an exit location, and establishes the connection. If the order is reversed, the client may be installed but show an empty list, or no usable routes may appear after import.

We recommend completing the account and plan steps in a browser before opening the client. Button names may vary across Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS. You may see “Add subscription,” “Import from link,” or “Add configuration,” but the goal is the same: let the client read the subscription link provided by the user panel.

This page does not provide static installers or display a ready-to-use subscription address. Client downloads and account subscriptions are managed in the user panel and become available after you sign in. For route types, system proxy settings, DNS, or traffic-routing modes, see the troubleshooting manual for full details.

Account

Create an account and open the user panel

Open VPNQD’s account creation page, enter a username you plan to keep using, and set a unique password that you do not reuse on other websites. No email address is required. After submitting the form, you can open the user panel. Your username is used for future sign-ins and is linked to your plans, orders, and subscription details, so keep it safe.

If the page says the username is already taken, choose a recognizable name that does not reveal password information and submit it again. After account creation, the page usually opens the account overview. Check that the signed-in username is correct before choosing a plan. Avoid creating multiple accounts in different browser tabs: payment records and the subscription used by your client could end up under separate accounts, making later checks more difficult.

If you already have an account, there is no need to create another one. Use the sign-in link in the header to access your existing account. If the plan status after signing in is not what you expected, sign out and verify the username before placing an order. An account alone does not activate routes; the next step is to choose the required data allowance on the plans page.

Plan

Choose a plan for your data needs

On the plans page in the user panel, first distinguish monthly subscriptions from data packages. Monthly subscriptions include ¥9.9 per month for 60GB, ¥18 per month for 250GB, and ¥28 per month for 500GB; data resets monthly from the activation date. Data packages include ¥158 for 300GB, ¥358 for 1000GB, and ¥658 for 3000GB; they last until used and never expire. Because the two product types are measured differently, consider your usual usage before choosing.

For regular daily use with relatively stable monthly consumption, choose a monthly subscription based on your expected usage. If your usage varies or you want data to carry over between months, review the data packages. When upgrading a monthly subscription mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated by the remaining days. Once a monthly subscription is active, start the upgrade from the current plan page rather than treating a new order and an upgrade as the same action.

After choosing a plan, follow the checkout instructions to pay with Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT. When payment is complete, return to the account overview and check whether the plan status and data information have updated. If the status has not changed, refresh the overview or sign in again instead of repeatedly submitting the same order. If the order is complete but the plan is still not updated, submit the order details through the ticket entry in the user panel.

VPNQD supports unlimited simultaneous devices, but all devices draw from the data allowance on the same account. If you plan to use several devices, choose a tier based on total usage rather than estimating for only one device. If the selected plan does not suit your needs after first use, review the 30-day no-questions-asked refund policy and the terms of service.

Subscription

Access the subscription link from your account overview

After the plan becomes active, open the account overview in the user panel. The subscription section shows the current service status, data information, and the subscription entry used to set up clients. Confirm that the page shows the account you just ordered with, then use the copy function to get the subscription link. The link is tied to your account benefits, so do not publish it publicly or paste it into unrelated websites.

A subscription link is not an ordinary web address. Pasting it into a browser address bar may show configuration text, a download prompt, or unreadable content; this does not mean the subscription is invalid. Instead, open a supported client, choose import from link in its subscription or configuration settings, and paste the address there. The example below shows a format only. It is not a real VPNQD subscription address and cannot be used to connect.

https://example.com/sub?token=YOUR_TOKEN

After copying the link, keep the account overview available and open the client page in the user panel. This page provides the download entry and import instructions for your current platform; marketing pages do not host direct installer links. If a compatible client is already installed, skip the download step and open its subscription management screen.

When your plan changes, routes are adjusted, or the client list is not updated promptly, use the client’s “Update subscription” function first instead of repeatedly creating configurations. The update reads the routes currently available to your account, so existing connection records usually do not need to be rebuilt manually one by one.

Import

Set up clients on each platform

Before importing, copy the subscription link to the device clipboard and confirm that you can access the same VPNQD account on the device. Client layouts vary by platform, but the process is generally the same: open subscription management, add the link, refresh the route list, and choose a route. Import is successful when the client’s main screen shows route names and lets you select one, not merely when an “Added” message appears.

WINDOWS

Windows client

Open the client page in the user panel and get the VPNQD client for Windows. Install and open it, find the subscription or configuration management option in the main menu, choose to add from a link, paste the subscription link copied from the account overview, and give it a recognizable name. Save it, run an update, and return to the route list to confirm that the entries appear.

On first launch, the system may ask you to allow the client to establish a network connection. Follow the system prompt, enable the system proxy or connection switch in the client, and choose a route. If the list is still empty after updating, check for spaces accidentally pasted before or after the link, then return to the account overview and confirm that the plan is active.

MACOS

macOS client

Open the macOS client entry from the user panel and launch the app after installation. The system may ask you to approve a network extension or related permissions. Follow the prompts in System Settings, then return to the client. Open the subscription or configuration section, choose import via link, paste the subscription address, and save it.

After importing, update the subscription once, then choose a route from the menu bar or the client’s main window and connect. If the client says it is connected but your browser still uses the previous network state, fully quit the browser and reopen it. For detailed checks involving system permissions, network extensions, or background status, read macOS VPN Setup from Scratch.

ANDROID

Android client

Sign in to the user panel in a browser on your Android device and open the relevant client entry. In the client, open the configuration or subscription page, choose to add a remote subscription, paste the copied link into the address field, and save it. After updating, the client should show a list of selectable routes.

When connecting for the first time, the system displays a network connection permission prompt. Confirm it so the client can establish the connection. Once the connection indicator appears, open the target website to verify access. If the connection stops after switching networks, restart it from the client. Interruptions caused by background policies or battery settings are advanced issues; see the Help Center to search by symptom.

IOS

iOS client

Check the user panel for the currently supported iOS client and download method, then open the relevant client on your device. Go to its subscription, configuration, or server management page, choose to add via link, paste the subscription link from the account overview, and save it. After updating, the client will organize the available routes in its list.

On the first connection, the system asks for permission to add a network configuration. Confirm it to continue. Return to the client, choose a route, and connect, then switch to a browser to check the target service. If the client says it cannot read the subscription, return to the account overview and copy the complete link again. Do not edit any characters in the link manually.

Verify

Connect to a route and confirm access

After importing the subscription, refresh the route list once in the client and choose a route suited to your current use. For a shorter cross-border path, try routes in Hong Kong, Japan, or Singapore first. For a service tied to a specific region, choose the corresponding exit location. VPNQD offers IEPL, transit, and direct routes. You do not need to understand every difference at first; choose a route with a normal status in the client and connect.

After selecting Connect, wait for the client status to change from disconnected to connected, then open the target website in a browser. If pages load normally and account sign-in and content requests work, the main setup is complete. To avoid the browser continuing to use an old connection, verify in a new window. If the original page stays loading, refresh it and check again.

During verification, assess “client connected” and “target service accessible” separately. A connected client means that the local connection to the route has been established. If the target page still does not open, the cause may be the route region, browser cache, DNS, or the target service itself. Try another route in the same region and reopen the page. Avoid changing several client settings at once, or it will be difficult to tell which change helped.

When using the same account on multiple devices, import the subscription provided by that account into each client. VPNQD supports unlimited simultaneous devices, but all devices share the account’s data allowance. If one device works and another cannot connect, narrow the issue to that device’s client configuration, system permissions, or current network environment before rebuilding the account.

Subscription updated

The route list displays normally rather than showing an empty configuration.

Client connected

The connection switch is enabled and system authorization is complete.

Target service accessible

The browser or app can load pages and complete content requests.

Troubleshooting

Where to go when the basic path is not enough

If the connection still does not work after following the steps above, do not uninstall the client or delete the account first. Identify the layer where the problem stops: inability to sign in is an account issue; a plan missing after payment is an order or status issue; a subscription that will not update is a link or client import issue; and a client that connects while pages remain unavailable requires checking the route, system proxy, or DNS.

The Help Center groups account and subscription, connection and troubleshooting, speed and routes, and billing and refunds for quick issue-based searches. The troubleshooting manual provides complete diagnostic flows for symptoms such as no connection at all, connection without page access, slow speeds, evening congestion, frequent disconnects, failed subscription updates, some apps not using the route, mobile background interruptions, and DNS problems. Once first-time setup is complete, you can also use the server page to learn about route types and regional selection.

When submitting a ticket, include the platform, the status shown in the client, whether the issue occurs before import or after connecting, and the route types you have already tried. Do not paste the full subscription link on a public page. Account and order issues can be submitted directly from the user panel so support can match the relevant records.
